We evaluate websites, apps, and other digital systems using an adapted form of a traditional heuristic evaluation. Let’s ensure you are following both research-based user experience heuristics and trauma-informed principles in all your products.

We charge a flat project fee or hourly rate for our services depending on the scope, clarity, and needs of the project. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to discuss possibilities for consulting or training workshops.

Trauma-informed research planning

We can help your team mitigate the risk of harming participants in your research and add safeguards to avoid secondary trauma. We can help you conduct research that is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive and/or train your design/product/research team in these topics.
